NO MOT – NO POINTS!

Many drivers are struggling with the cost of living crisis and are putting their own and possibly others at risk when not having an up to date MOT on their vehicle.

The offence of not having a valid MOT attracts a financial penalty alone and thus could aggravate the financial burden of the vehicles owner. However no penalty points are attributable to such an offence.
